We focus on specialty coffee, simple, nutrient dense food dishes, and a warm, inviting meeting-space for community.
About the Role
We are looking for someone to step into our Regional Manager position. This position oversees the entire operation at the Pauline’s stores. You will work closely with the operations manager and senior staff members to ensure that standards are both upheld and innovated where applicable. We are looking for someone who is confident and friendly, takes initiative and has incredible work ethic, not only in maintaining our current systems and relationships (with both staff, customers and suppliers) but exploring and implementing improvements where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all 3 stores, staff and innovative projects, focusing on optimising systems and workflow as well as relationships throughout the brands ecosystem
- Quality control of products produced and ingredients sourced
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation and organisational flow
- Handle customer interactions and queries with warmth and hospitality
- Organise staff schedules and optimise team integrations and morale
- Manage stock, pricing and timelines for innovations
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure consistent and connected relationships
- Report and work closely with the owner, senior staff members and Operations Manager with clear, systematic planning and delegation.
- HR and employee onboarding

Versed managerial experience in the restaurant/service/hospitality industry
